Hot Pepper soup
More than just a soup—it’s a remedy, a celebration, and a burst of flavor. We slow-simmer hearty chunks of protein in a deeply spiced, piping-hot broth infused with Scotch bonnet peppers.
Sharwama
All the flavor, none of the wrap. A base of greens or rice piled high with your choice of shaved chicken or beef, topped with hummus, tabbouleh, pickles, onions, and a generous drizzle of our legendary garlic sauce.

My Skool Restaurant Culinary Innovations
We’ve taken the familiar, comforting flavors of your youth and sent them to culinary school. Our chefs are classically trained but creatively unleashed, deconstructing, reimagining, and elevating every dish on our menu. Here, meatloaf gets a glaze, mac & cheese gets truffle, and chocolate milk gets spiked. It’s a delicious lesson in what happens when you break all the rules.
